Refund Policy

General Terms
- Eligibility: Refunds are available only for services purchased directly from SigmaWeb.
- Request Period: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the service delivery date.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where services have been partially delivered or utilized, partial refunds may be issued at our discretion.
Web Design Services
- Project Initiation: If a refund request is made before the project initiation, a full refund will be issued.
- After Project Start: Refund requests made after the project has started but before completion will be subject to a deduction for the work completed up to that point.
- Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued for completed projects.
Web Marketing Services
- Campaign Setup: If a refund request is made before the campaign setup process begins, a full refund will be issued.
- During Campaign: Refund requests made after the campaign has started but before its conclusion will be subject to a deduction for the work completed and ad spend up to that point.
- Completed Campaigns: No refunds will be issued for completed campaigns.
Graphic Design Services
- Initial Concept Stage: If a refund request is made before initial concepts are delivered, a full refund will be issued.
- After Concept Delivery: Refund requests made after initial concepts are delivered but before final approval will be subject to a deduction for the work completed up to that point.
- Completed Projects: No refunds will be issued for completed graphic design projects.
Conditions for Refund
Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
- Change of mind or change of preferences.
- Failure to provide necessary information or materials required for service completion.
- Delay or interruption caused by the client’s actions or inactions.
Refund Process
- Request Submission: Submit a refund request via email to support@sigmaweb.online with the subject line “Refund Request – [Order ID]”.
- Details Required: Include your name, contact information, service purchased, and reason for the refund request.
- Review: Our team will review your request and may contact you for further information.
- Decision: You will be notified of the refund decision within 7 business days of your request.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued via the original payment method.
